 | Excellent hardware facilities are the prerequisite for an enterprise to produce high-quality products. Currently, the company has five industrial-grade paper production lines of the latest international standards (with widths of 5650mm, 5100mm, 4850mm, and 4800mm each), and five paper production lines for daily use (including two new moon-shaped paper machines with a width of 5650mm, two new moon-shaped paper machines with a width of 2850mm, and one vacuum circular screen paper machine with a width of 2860mm). These facilities have laid a solid foundation for the production of high-quality products. |
The environmental-friendly and green packaging paper project with an annual production capacity of 450,000 tons that was initially launched by the company has a total investment of 850 million yuan. The paper width is 5650mm and the working speed is 1000m/min. It is one of the most productive, largest-scale, and most advanced papermaking production lines for cowhide carton paper in Zhejiang Province at present. The main equipment of the entire pulping line is provided by the American KBC company with rich experience in OCC waste paper processing, and is supplemented by the advanced thermal dispersion system from Cellwood Company. This ensures the stability of the pulp quality of the pulping line. The paper machine is manufactured by Finnish Metso and is equipped with advanced key equipment such as dilution water pulp box, boot-type pressing and controllable medium-high heat roller hard sizing. Especially, the entire production line is equipped with advanced and complete DCS and QCS systems, which improves the process control accuracy and ensures the stability and superiority of product quality. The application of world-class production equipment provides strong support for the company's development and the enhancement of market competitiveness. |  |
 | The company has an advanced corrugated paperboard production line imported from Germany and a five-color flexographic box production line imported from France, which have significantly enhanced the automation control of production. The German BHS Star Five-Layer Corrugated Paperboard Production Line has a maximum speed of 300 meters per minute and an annual production capacity of up to 100 million square meters. This production line adopts the most advanced international production techniques, has an extremely high level of intelligence, is equipped with QDM, and can remember and retrieve production data for orders to ensure stable operation; at the same time, the corrugating rollers are installed by clamps and heated around, and changing the corrugating rollers can be done in the fastest 15 minutes, greatly improving the efficiency of changing corrugated sheets. The French BOBST (Boest) FFG 8.20 Fully Automatic Box Production Line has a production speed of 24,000 boxes per hour and only requires 3 people to operate the machine easily, making it the first of its kind in China of this type of box production line. The entire line has a quick setup function, requiring only 1 to 2 minutes to complete order changes, and can produce high-efficiency rule-cut boxes according to production rules, with functions such as SOC (single order completed, the next order automatically arrives), five-color printing, and automatic printing error correction. |

Jingxing Paper took the lead in the same industry to pass the ISO9001 quality management system and ISO14001 environmental management system certification, in 2014 passed the OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certification, in 2015 passed GB / T23331 energy management system and FSC® forest system certification, passed in 2018 Certification of integration management of two industries.
The company integrates six management systems as the basis to form 13 management modules. Through the establishment of an inspection network, the company is committed to improving the self-management system, continuously exploring scientific management, implementing advanced management methods such as case management and lean production to ensure the effectiveness of process management. After long-term thinking and practice, a "pyramid" management model with Jingxing characteristics has been formed.
Technology R & D
Jingxing Paper Industry Technology Research and Development Center was established in 1995. In 2006, it was approved by the Zhejiang Provincial Economic and Trade Commission to become a "Provincial Enterprise Technology Center". After years of construction, the technology center has a relatively complete set of advanced equipment such as chemical, raw material analysis and testing instruments, and is equipped with a chemical analysis room, a raw material analysis room, a pilot production workshop and a constant temperature and humidity testing center. In 2015, the "Provincial Enterprise Research Institute" was established, and in 2023, it was recognized as a "Provincial Key Enterprise Research Institute" by the Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Department.
The Enterprise Research Institute of Jingxing Paper Industry attaches great importance to the scientific and technological innovation work combining industry, academia and research. It has established long-term cooperative relationships with renowned domestic institutions and research organizations such as Zhejiang University, South China University of Technology, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, Qilu University of Technology, Tianjin University of Science and Technology, and Zhejiang University of Science and Technology. According to the needs of scientific and technological innovation projects, it has hired high-level talents at the innovation chain, including industry experts, professors, senior engineers, and doctoral candidates, to participate in project management, development, pilot production, and technical guidance. The Enterprise Research Institute of Jingxing Paper Industry has successively developed a series of products such as high-strength cigarette box-specific packaging paper, high-strength low-yield kraft packaging paper, high-strength environmentally friendly yarn tube base paper, freezer box-specific paper, environmentally friendly white card paper, high-strength moisture-proof e-commerce packaging paper, smooth hygiene paper, moisturizing and hydrating hygiene paper, etc. It has obtained 26 provincial-level new products. Among them, high-strength low-yield kraft boxboard has been listed as a "national new product", and "environmentally friendly low-gauge high-strength corrugated base paper" has won the second prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of Jiaxing City. It has successively undertaken and completed the key projects of the Science and Technology Development of Pinghu City, "Development and Industrialization of Environmentally Friendly Low-Yield High-Strength White Card Paper", and the major special project of the Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Department, "Research and Demonstration Project on Key Technologies of Micro-Emission DCS Control for Wastewater from Waste Paper Papermaking". It has also completed the research and development of the project jointly undertaken with Zhejiang University, "Paper Waste Water Resource Utilization Upgraded Demonstration Project for Coordinated Control of Water Pollution and Quality Improvement of Water Source Areas in Jiaxing City under the National '13th Five-Year' Water Pollution Control and Treatment Science and Technology Major Project".
